3gCustomz engineered the Chrysler 300 Engine Cover Insert to replace the center insert of the OEM 5.7L HEMI cover. Choose standard cut-outs, request a fully custom design, or order a blank insert to fit your theme.
Compatible with 2005+ Chrysler 300 using the OEM 5.7L HEMI engine cover. Durable metal—not aluminum—accepts welded studs on the backside for a secure, serviceable install.
Functional access cut-outs are standard, or go custom—we will contact you after purchase; have a sketch or photo and brief description ready so we can confirm feasibility and provide a custom quote. Orders with cut-outs include a backer plate and high-heat epoxy.
PDF instructions are available after purchase. Steps: remove the OEM center insert, test-fit, fasten with the welded studs and hardware, then bond the backer (if applicable) using the supplied high-heat epoxy and allow proper cure.
