Give your 5.7L HEMI bay a clean, tailored look with the 3gCustomz Dodge Ram Engine Cover Insert. It replaces the center insert of the OEM 5.7 HEMI engine cover and uses durable metal—not aluminum—with welded studs on the backside for a secure, serviceable mount.
Fitment and options
Compatible with 2005+ Dodge Ram equipped with the OEM HEMI engine cover (5.7L). Choose a standard cut-out, request a custom cut-out, or select a blank insert. All covers include necessary functional cut-outs. Orders with cut-outs include a backer plate and high-heat epoxy; for custom designs, we’ll contact you after purchase to confirm feasibility.
Installation, materials, and support
- All installation hardware included; welded studs simplify mounting.
- Downloadable PDF instructions available after purchase.
- General process: remove the OEM insert, test-fit, fasten with the included hardware, and if you selected a cut-out, bond the backer plate with the supplied high-heat epoxy; allow proper cure time.
