3gCustomz’s Ford F-150 Hood Prop helps you present your engine bay with confidence. It clicks into the factory latch and locks to the OEM striker to resist gusts during events, holding the hood in a steady, open position. Vehicle-specific and CNC-cut from 1/8″ aluminum, it installs and removes in minutes using factory points—no drilling.
Key details
- Complete kit: vehicle-specific prop, all hardware, and downloadable installation PDF after purchase.
- Cut-outs: choose Standard, Premium, 3D, or Custom; see the cut-out chart in the second image. If you select Custom, we’ll contact you to finalize.
- Finishes: paint, powder coat, wrap, hydro-dip, or factory aluminum.
Tip: If you prefer factory aluminum, apply a light clear coat to reduce discoloration from handling. Brushed aluminum may show minor mill marks, especially near bends or welds.
