Upgrade the look of your HEMI engine bay with a custom-fit HEMI Engine Cover Insert. This center insert replaces the OEM piece on your 5.7L HEMI engine cover and gives you space for standard or fully custom cut-outs so your engine cover matches your build.

Engine cover fitment
Compatible with 2005+ Dodge Magnum, Dodge Charger, Dodge Challenger, Chrysler 300, Dodge Ram, and Dodge Durango equipped with the OEM HEMI engine cover (5.7L).
Cut-out options
- All covers include necessary functional cut-outs for access or fitment.
- Select from available options shown in the chart (second product image).
- For custom cut-outs, we will contact you after purchase. Please have a sketch or picture and a short description ready so we can confirm feasibility and provide a custom quote.
- Orders with cut-outs include a backer plate and high-heat epoxy to secure the backer behind the cut-out.
Material and construction
Most of our products are aluminum; however, due to welded studs on the backside, this insert is not available in aluminum. The welded studs provide a secure, serviceable install in the engine bay. All installation hardware is included.
Installation
- Downloadable PDF instructions are available after purchase.
- General process: remove the OEM center insert, test-fit the new insert, secure using the welded studs and included hardware, and install the backer plate (if you selected a cut-out) using the supplied high-heat epoxy. Allow proper cure time before driving.
